Approval of the Bell County, Kentucky, Section 202 Flood Risk Management Detailed Project Report and Environmental Assessment. The report contains identification, evaluation, and recommendation of measures, alternatives, plans, and costs necessary to reduce the risk of flooding to property and life safety in the Bell County study area. The non-federal sponsor is Bell County, Kentucky. The recommended plan is a voluntary, nonstructural plan consisting of flood proofing measures for 212 eligible structures.

Approval of the Major Rehabilitation Evaluation Report for Winfield Locks and Dam, Kanawha River, West Virginia Major Rehabilitation Evaluation. The proposed federal action is to implement a major rehabilitation of the site. The project was designed, constructed, owned, operated, and maintained by USACE. There is no non-federal sponsor for this project. Funding will be provided through cost-shared funds of which 65% will come from the General Fund of the Government and 35% from the Inland Waterways Trust Fund.

Barrow, Alaska Coastal Erosion Section 116 Feasibility Report and Environmental Assessment Director's Report (2019)
Recommendation of a non-NED plan based on a Cost Effective/Incremental Cost Analysis (CE/ICA), which was based on a "community resilience unit" (CRU) metric and which measured relative changes in various economic, social/cultural, and environmental metrics. This alternative plan would reduce flooding and erosion impacts across all six reaches in the entire five mile study area, and address not only potential economic impacts in the project area under a future without project condition, but address additional cultural and environmental impacts as well. The study was conducted based on authorization under Section 116 of the Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act (EWDRAAA) of 2010.

Construction of the project, if determined to be feasible, is authorized by Section 5007 of Public Law 119-114, the Water Resources Development Act of 2007.

Pajaro River Flood Risk Management Study, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, California Director's Report (2019)
Recommendation of a National Economic Development Plan (NED) which would reduce the flood risk to the City of Watsonville, the Town of Pajaro, and adjacent agricultural areas. The report was prepared pursuant to the Flood Control Act of 1966, Section 203, Public Law 89-789. The purpose of this project is to increase the level of flood protection being provided by the flood risk management project completed in 1949 by USACE pursuant to Section 10 of the Flood Control Act of 1944, Public Law 78-534.

GRR and EIS to support an extension of the authority to restore, for the LPV project, authorized levels of coastal storm risk management given the combined effects of consolidation, settlement, subsidence, and sea level rise over time. Currently, the LPV project includes a total of approximately 126.5 miles of levees and 56 miles of floodwalls, floodgates, water control structures, and other risk reduction features. in four parishes (St. Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, and St. Bernard) located in the greater New Orleans area on the east bank of the Mississippi River.

Recommendation to manage the risk of coastal storm damages in the Passaic River Tidal Protection Area by construction of six floodwall segments, one levee segment, eight gates (project alignment), and associated interior drainage features. The project alignment totals 4,850 linear feet and addresses the most critical and vulnerable portion of the authorized study area, the City of Newark, NJ.
